What is Digital Advertising?

Digital Advertising uses paid search and display advertising to drive incremental local traffic to a dealer’s FCA Digital website.

What are some of the Digital Advertising services offered through this program?

Here are a few key Digital Advertising services offered by the Certified Providers:
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): The process of building and marketing a site with the goal of improving its position in search engine results. SEM includes both search engine optimization (SEO) and search advertising, or paid searches. Display Advertising: Commonly referred to as banner ads. These Ads can be served to customers based on previous search history. Re-Targeting: Website code that allows providers to follow customers that have visited a dealership's website via the browsers "cookies". This allows a Provider to server relevant ads to that person as they browse the Internet.

Where will a customer be taken if they click on one of my ads?

All traffic is driven to your FCA Digital Program website.

Is participation in this program mandatory?

Your enrollment is completely voluntary.

How do I enroll in the Digital Advertising Program?

First visit www.FCAdigital.ca to learn more about the Certified Providers and the various package/service levels. Next, select your desired Provider by clicking on the “Enroll” button beneath their logo. You will then enter your information on the enrollment form, select your package and submit the form.

How will I know I have successfully enrolled my dealership?

Upon registration, your chosen Provider will be notified and will be in touch with you shortly by phone and by email, to begin designing your digital advertising solution.

How were the Certified Providers chosen to be part of this program?

A robust selection process was conducted to evaluate companies from around the country with input from your Business Centres. The FCA Digital Advertising Program Certified Providers are best in class with national reach and extensive digital Automotive industry expertise.

Which Certified Provider should I choose?

All Providers have different value propositions to satisfy you needs. To get a better understanding of each Provider's strengths, click the “Learn More” tab under each Provider’s logo. You can also contact the FCA Digital VIP Support Team at 1-877-344-1227 with any questions.

Can I switch Certified Providers?

Dealers must stay enrolled with one Provider for a minimum of 90 days to ensure maximum campaign relevancy. This will help your ads appear in more relevant search results, which will ultimately help you reach more local targeted customers.

Can I enroll with more than one Certified Provider at a time?

No - the program structure allows for each dealer to be enrolled with only one Provider at a time.

What are the benefits of using Digital Advertising as opposed to my traditional marketing?

Digital Advertising is more easily measured than traditional marketing. It gives dealers a true return on investment (ROI) analysis as they are able to quantify exactly how many leads a campaign has produced.

How can I track my results?

The Digital Advertising program is tightly integrated with your FCA Digital website. Analytics will be available through the NEW Digital Advertising Performance Report (via DealerCONNECT) for your campaigns on an on-going basis. It is your responsibility to monitor your campaign metrics on a regular basis.

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard billing rules apply to the Digital Advertising Program. Cancel after the 10th of the month and you will be charged for the current and following month. Advertising and support will continue throughout the period for which you are charged.

How will I be billed for this service?

Regardless of the Certified Provider or package you select, you will be automatically billed through your Parts Statement. It is your responsibility to monitor your billing on a regular basis.
